My name is Tuan and I own and manage Geisha Steak and Sushi located in Plano, Texas.
About my business
Geisha Steak and Sushi has been actively servicing customers for more than five years. I have been managing this place for two years. Since then we have remodeled the restaurant to provide the best welcoming atmosphere for our customers. I have a strong passion for this restaurant and I am proud to own one of the best Sushi restaurants in this neighborhood. The word Geisha refers to japanese female entertainers who perform classical music and dance. At Geisha, our Hibachi and Sushi chefs entertain you with their excellent food. Geisha is conveniently located next to the major intersection of George Bush Turnpike and Coit Road.
I am very proud that Geisha has been awarded “Talk of the town” for 2011.

What is Geisha’s Specialty?
We provide our customers with the most welcoming atmosphere in the neighborhood. Our welcoming environment, friendly service staff provide a great dining experience to our customers. Our head chef Mr. Akio Kitamura is from Japan and has more than 30 years of experience in Sushi. We have two Hibachi chefs. Our head chef Mr. Kenny Bin has more than 15 years of experience as Hibachi head chef. He is from Vietnam.
At Geisha, we believe that food should look great, smell great and taste great. We do everything at Geisha to meet these expectations, in addition to providing a great and comfortable dining experience for our customers.
Our food is always fresh and tasty. We use high quality ingredients in our food and our hibachi cook uses non fat garlic butter. We are priced very nominal.
We have a full bar which includes a good list of Sake from Japan.

Geisha is a great dining for families and young couples. During the day we have a lot of corporate customers who dine here for their minute meetings. We have a very calm atmosphere and private booths for people who prefer privacy. We take the extra step for customers’ full satisfaction. We would like create a memorable experience for our customers, that being one of the reasons for customers to visit often.
Geisha is a great place for celebrating anniversaries, birthdays and company meetings.
We provide great food, great environment that is warm and comfortable. Our food is great. Our service staff are very friendly. We have very experienced Sushi and Hibachi chefs. We have a full bar including great Sake drinks.
We also carry a wide list of menu items that vegetarian customers can choose from.
We have happy hours everyday from 5:00p – 7:00p. During happy hour we serve domestic beer for $2, imported beer for $3 and small sake for $2. Some sushi rolls such as Philadelphia, California, Tuna and Salmon are served at nearly 50% off during happy hours.
