About Braza Dancante
Churrasco is a Portuguese term referring to beef or grilled meat – a principal ingredient in Brazil’s cuisine. The term Churrascaria means a steakhouse. A Churrascaria is a restaurant serving grilled meat, the servers (Gauchos, Brazilian cowboys) move around the restaurant with the skewers, slicing meat onto the guest’s plate. The serving style is called Rodizio. The special techniques used to prepare, grill and serve these meats makes Brazilian barbecue distinct from other barbecues around the world.

What is our specialty?
Our barbeque is made with a variety of meats mainly beefsteaks, pork, lamb, and chicken. The meat is cooked on long skewers that rest on racks over fire from hot coals as you can see in our Kitchen video. The fattier cuts of meat are cooked on top to flavor the leaner cuts with their juices. The Brazilian barbecue is served family style and everyone can indulge on any dish brought to the table.
Brazilian barbecue is always served fresh off the grill, unlike many other barbecues around the world. Brazilian barbecue uniquely offers cinnamon sugar plantains or fried bananas to cleanse the palate between each dish. Our gauchos come to your table and carve the meat slice on your plate. We give you a taste of each type of meat and the choice to have more of your favorites until you’re completely satisfied. We have exquisite salad varieties.
